Includes indoor air quality and construction oversight for hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead paint, mold. Work is "in the field" at jobsites in and around California and in the office, generating reports, speaking with clients, etc.
Individuals who quality to become licensed OR ARE LICENSED as:

• Certified Asbestos Consultants or Site Surveillance Technicians (see Sections 7184 & 7185 of the California Business and Professions Code)
• DHS Lead Inspectors, Monitors, Project Designers
